Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Koolba, we strive to provide excellent food, service, and customer experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.

Restaurant Bookings

  • Table reservations may require advance booking during busy periods, festive seasons, or special events.
  • If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Deposits paid for special events, large group bookings, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or private dining may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Food Orders & Takeaway

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
  • Refunds or replacements may be offered at the discretion of management where an issue has been verified.

Policy Exceptions

  • We cannot provide refunds for change of mind.
  • We cannot provide refunds for partially consumed food.
  • We cannot provide refunds for failure to collect takeaway orders.
  • We cannot provide refunds for delays caused by third-party delivery providers beyond our control.

Online Payments

  • Refunds approved by Koolba will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
