Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or using a Koolba gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
General
- Gift vouchers are redeemable only at Koolba restaurant and for eligible purchases.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No change will be given for unused balances unless required by law.
Validity
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or redeemed.
Online Purchase
- Gift vouchers purchased online will be delivered electronically or via the method selected during checkout.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details.
Lost & Stolen
- Koolba is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.
- Please treat your voucher like cash.
Redemption
- Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of payment.
- Multiple vouchers may be used in one transaction unless otherwise stated.
- Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
Promotions
- Promotional gift vouchers or discounted vouchers may have separate terms and expiry dates.
Right to Refuse
- Koolba reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold vouchers where fraud or misuse is suspected.
